They did a good job on my deck

I called their number and a person answered, no machine, no call you back, just Danny on the phone. He came out the very next day to assess our deck and came back with a quote within a day. The quoted price was fair Work started about nine days after the quote and they showed up every day. No half-finished job and mystery disappearances. He stopped work to discuss problems as they were found. It was an old deck, not to code. They did a particularly nice job on the railings. The final product is much sturdier feeling than the deck they started renovating.

Danny and his team completed a full bathroom renovation, including tub-to-shower conversion, for us. They chose high-end materials, and fixed minor structural problems to ensure that everything would be installed properly and beautifully. We are happy with the work and we are considering another major project with DAC.

DAC installed high quality architectural type shingles at a decent price. Only waited a week for them to do the job in one day. I”m pleased.

Danek and his team did an incredible job on our back porch. We didn't have any idea what we wanted, besides "screening it in". Danek asked me to send his some examples of what we might like. From there, he developed a proposal and sent us a quote. Very fair for the quality, promptness, and profesionnalism of the job. At the end of 2016 DAC changed our townhouse roof with all new shingles. They used Timberline HD shingles. I am absolutely satisfied with the job the company did. Besides they partially updated our deck.

I contacted DAC construction company for an estimate for my basement renovation of four rooms and a bath. I hzd obtained two earlier estimates and decided that they were too expensive. I called Dan, the owner DAC Construction and we met for a consultation. He did an assessment of my basement and met with my wife and me two days later and discussed our renovation. He showed us samples of the material he would use. We selected the material we wanted and signed it contact. Dan advised us that he would obtain the necessary permits. We spent a couple of days going over the details and signed a contract. We made a few adjustments to the contract and Dan started working on our project. Dan kept us abreast of the work and he and his very respectful crew began the job. They encourage walkthroughs and inspection of the work.At the completion of the job, Dan did a walkthrough with our confident and he reported his complete satisfaction of the completed work. He used the best materials and at the finished project more than met our expectations. The floors looked great and the walls and lighted ceiling looked magnificent. We are quite satisfied with the entire project of a job well done. Now, we get the "WOW" and GREAT BASEMENT from our family and friends when they stop by. My wife and I are completely satisfied with DAN and his CREW.. We are so satisfied, we will use Dan to install railings on our front porch and do the necessary painting.
